Sunday, April 25, Pastor Connie referenced the song "One of Us" performed by Joan Osborne, written by Eric Bazilian. Considered controversial for its portrayal of Jesus as a "slob like one of us", it challenges us to consider how, where, and in whom we can see God. You can find the chorus below. Read the lyrics.
